Delete your account

You can delete your Lanternly account and everything in it at any time.

In the app

Open Lanternly and tap your profile picture in the top corner.
Tap Delete my account and data, then confirm.

Everything is removed from your phone right away and from our servers within 30 days, including your notes, highlights, prayers, Ember conversations and anything you shared in Community.

Without the app

Email [support email] from the address you sign in with and ask us to delete your account. We’ll confirm within 7 days and finish within 30 days.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a Premium subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions.
